Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • State licensure or ability to obtain licensure as required
  • Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or teletherapy preferred
  • Comfort with various service delivery models: in-person and virtual therapy
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in preschool through high school
  • Monitor progress, maintain thorough records, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Integrate technology and teletherapy tools when appropriate
