Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- State licensure or ability to obtain licensure as required
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or teletherapy preferred
- Comfort with various service delivery models: in-person and virtual therapy
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in preschool through high school
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough records, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Integrate technology and teletherapy tools when appropriate
