Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Fountain, Colorado

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational environment
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students ranging from preschool through high school
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Conduct therapy sessions in individual, group, or virtual formats as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to ensure integrated support
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and regularly report outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to families and staff on effective communication strategies
