Key Qualifications:
- Active CO SLPA licensure required
- Experience working in schools (elementary to high school preferred)
- Proficiency in SLP for pediatrics, school-based therapy, and healthcare settings
- Familiarity with various service delivery models, including in-person and teletherapy
- Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered a plus
- Strong collaborative skills to work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy sessions onsite to a caseload of K-12 students with a range of communication needs
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to families and staff
- Collaborate with teachers and school teams to support student success in the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
