K-5 School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Woodbridge, Virginia

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Experience working with K-5th grade students in a school or similar pediatric setting
- Strong ability to plan, develop, and implement effective therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Familiarity with compensatory service delivery and IEP documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and administrators
- Ability to manage caseloads and track student progress efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students requiring compensatory services
- Develop and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and progress
