Speech Language Pathologist in Fountain, CO
Step into a contract role supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- ASHA certification strongly preferred
- Valid Colorado Department of Education license with Special Services endorsement, or ability to obtain
- Prior school-based experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across assigned sites
- Evaluate student needs, develop IEPs, and participate in progress monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support MTSS service delivery
- Foster positive partnerships with students, families, and school personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Adapt services to fit individual and school-wide priorities
