School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Arvada, Colorado

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience or strong interest in working in educational environments
- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data collection
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech-language services
- Develop, implement, and review students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Stay current on best practices, resources, and innovations in the field
