School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Golden, Colorado

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship (for those newly graduated)
- Previous experience within a school setting highly preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop tailored treatment plans and provide direct speech-language therapy
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and complete necessary documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to best support each student’s unique needs
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to promote student success
- Provide education and resources to staff and families on speech-language development
