School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Englewood, Colorado

With a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students, you’ll have the chance to collaborate closely with educators and families to help children reach their greatest potential.
Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish will find this skill highly valued, as it enhances communication and service delivery for diverse student populations. Bringing your expertise as an SLP—holding either CCC or CFY qualifications—will allow you to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students requiring support in communication and language development.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid and active Colorado SLP certification or license
- Credentials as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary school-aged children
- Bilingual Spanish skills considered a strong asset
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads and compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, progress notes, and IEP documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop effective student support plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Monitor and adjust therapy approaches based on student progress
- Serve as a valuable resource for school staff on speech and language topics
