Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility
Virginia DOE credential if required
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
Previous school or pediatric experience preferred
Must pass background check and onboarding requirements
Strong communication and IEP knowledge
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop IEP goals and attend meetings
Track progress and maintain documentation
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
