This full-time contract opportunity offers Speech-Language Pathologists the chance to work directly on-site with diverse school-age populations, from elementary through high school. Assignments will be tailored based on student needs and your expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Comfortable with on-site roles—virtual and hybrid options are not available
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Quick to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including a VA Department of Social Services check and TB test
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across all grade levels
- Complete thorough assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain required documentation
- Work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure student progress
- Adapt therapy plans to accommodate individual student needs
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
You’ll enjoy a contract consisting of 185 school days, working 37.5 hours per week in a supportive school setting. Assignments are offered at a range of educational levels, allowing you to leverage your skills and interests.
