Three full-time positions are available, starting in September 2026 for a 12-week maternity leave coverage. Each role comprises 35+ weekly hours, providing a unique chance to make a significant impact on students in elementary settings, specifically those with high Autism and preschool populations (K-5th grades). Key Qualifications:
- Current New Jersey SLP License
- Valid New Jersey SLS Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows considered with outside supervision only
- Experience with elementary-aged students, Autism spectrum disorders, and preschool populations highly desirable
- SLPA applicants are not eligible for these roles
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students across diverse developmental needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and communication goals
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and contribute to a collaborative school environment
- Adapt therapy techniques to suit individual student needs within classroom and pull-out settings
