Bilingual Therapies Schools - SLP Contract Today Apply

Exciting opportunities await Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a real impact in educational settings this fall. We’re seeking three motivated SLPs to provide critical support during maternity leave coverage, beginning in September 2026 for a 12-week contract at 35+ hours per week. These roles are ideal for clinicians who thrive working onsite in elementary schools, especially those passionate about helping students with Autism and preschool-aged children.

Your assignments will include working with K-5th graders, supporting communication development, and collaborating with educators and families to foster a positive, nurturing environment. Two of the openings are dedicated to elementary campuses with high Autism and preschool populations; a third assignment location is to be determined.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Specialist Certification.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is highly desired; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered if outside supervision is secured, as the district cannot provide it.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with children on the Autism spectrum and early childhood populations.
  • Must be available for onsite work; remote or hybrid options are not available.
  • SLPAs are not eligible for these roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-5th grade students.
  • Assess, diagnose, and document progress towards IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.
  • Develop and implement individualized interventions consistent with best practices.

Benefits of This Opportunity:

  • Full-time hours for the fall contract term.
  • Experience in diverse, supportive school environments devoted to student advancement.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and making a valued difference in students’ lives.

If you’re an SLP with the qualifications and a passion for serving school communities, we encourage you to apply and contribute your skills this fall. Submit your NJ SLP Cert and resume today to take the next step in shaping young learners’ futures!

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.13 to $67.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
