Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid SLP license; candidates from out of state encouraged to apply if willing to obtain California licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) desired
- Prior experience in a school-based setting, especially with PreK or Kindergarten students, preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities in a multidisciplinary environment
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student support
Responsibilities
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to a diverse caseload of 25-35 early learners
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and document student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance language outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide resources for families
- Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to all state and district regulations
