Speech Language Pathologist in Esparto, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid SLP license (CCC preferred); out-of-state licensed candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible for California licensure.

Core Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs for students in PreK and Kindergarten.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student growth and IEP goals.
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate actively in IEP meetings.
- Provide direct therapy sessions and consult with teams to integrate strategies into classroom routines.
- Serve as a resource to educators and parents, offering guidance and support around speech and language development.
