Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license; candidates outside California are invited to apply if willing to obtain CA licensure
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with PreK and Kindergarten developmental milestones and communication disorders
- Strong skills in evaluation, therapy planning, and documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to PreK and Kindergarten students onsite
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes per school and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings, sharing expert recommendations
- Promote an inclusive, engaging classroom experience
