Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license; will consider out-of-state professionals willing to pursue California licensure
- SLP-CCC credential required
- School-based pediatric experience preferred, particularly in PreK and Kindergarten populations
- Strong communication, case management, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for PreK and Kindergarten students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents, and other professionals to advance student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Provide direct therapy services, monitor outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Attend meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure best practices
