School Speech Language Pathologist - Windsor Mill, Maryland

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
- Strong background in delivering SLP services in school settings, particularly with elementary-age students
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district guidelines
- Consult with educators and families on strategies to enhance student progress
- Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams focused on student support
