Middle School Elementary Speech Language Pathologist in Hillsboro, OR

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current and valid SLP license for the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- Experience working in school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to develop age-appropriate therapy plans and interventions
- Flexibility to manage caseloads across multiple school levels
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Work directly with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Document progress and maintain thorough, timely records
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Provide guidance and training to educational staff as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy methods to meet each student’s unique needs
