Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Maryland
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
  • Previous experience in school-based settings or with elementary populations is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary caseloads
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
