Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Maryland
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Previous experience in school-based settings or with elementary populations is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
