Required Qualifications & Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Maryland SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in elementary school settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Familiarity with conducting assessments and providing both direct and consultative therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and conduct speech/language assessments and student evaluations
- Develop, update, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
- Participate in meetings with families and school teams
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-2 students
