Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds CCC credentials (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Active SLP license for Maryland (required prior to start)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Skilled in student evaluations, IEP development, and direct therapy for K–2 students
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and student evaluations
- Develop and revise IEPs, attend related meetings
- Deliver direct therapy to elementary students (K–2)
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to realize student goals
- Manage administrative tasks and team collaborations within contracted hours
