Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience in school settings, ideally with both elementary and middle school populations
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage schedules and caseload split between two campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and maintain thorough documentation
- Provide direct therapy and group interventions targeting a wide range of communication disorders
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to special education teams
- Travel as needed between the elementary and middle school locations
