Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP license in Maryland
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- School experience preferred, but new graduates with CCC will be considered
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for multidisciplinary partnerships
- Ability to adapt activities and interventions for varying developmental needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students at both the elementary and middle school levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely records per school and district guidelines
- Travel between assigned schools as scheduled to meet caseload needs
