Candidates must hold a valid California SLP License and have demonstrated experience in pediatric, school-based, and teletherapy environments. You'll use your specialized skills (SLP-CCC, SLP-Healthcare, SLP-Schools) to assess, diagnose, and support students, delivering services that drive academic and personal success.
Key Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with K-12 student populations
- Skilled in teletherapy technology and digital platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language and auditory evaluations remotely
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting of student outcomes
- Implement and monitor IEPs in compliance with educational and legal guidelines
