Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligible for, or possession of, Massachusetts SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills for speech/language disorders in children
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and identify students’ speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct interventions using evidence-based practices
- Track and document students’ progress toward goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
