What We’re Looking For:
- Active Delaware SLP License/Certification (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience, ideally with elementary-aged students
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering speech-language therapy, conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and documenting student progress
- Skilled in collaborating with teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff
- Flexibility and a strong team mindset; willing to support as needs evolve
- Reliable transportation and ability to work the full scheduled day onsite (8:45 AM–4:15 PM EST)
- Bilingual SLP experience is a plus
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Administer assessments and evaluations; create comprehensive reports
- Develop, track, and document IEP goals based on student needs
- Monitor progress; maintain accurate and timely data and clinical records
- Participate in IEP meetings and share insights as a valued team member
- Collaborate with educators, service providers, and families to support student success
- Adjust to caseload changes as needed by the district
