Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Delaware SLP License/Certification (required)
- Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Background in providing services to elementary-aged students is ideal
- Demonstrated skill in speech-language therapy, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation
- Proven ability with evaluations and IEP development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work the full scheduled school day onsite (8:45 AM – 4:15 PM EST)
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned school
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and draft measurable goals
- Monitor and document student progress using district data tools
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain flexibility to support changing caseload assignments
