Make an impact supporting young learners as a contract Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing valuable services to students in grades K–3. This flexible role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and even includes consideration for virtual (VOCO) placements, offering options to suit your lifestyle.

Work closely with a manageable caseload of 55 students, delivering direct speech therapy, performing bilingual (Spanish/English) evaluations, and providing interpretation services for IEP meetings across K–5. This is an excellent opportunity to use your language skills to facilitate meaningful communications and educational progress in an inclusive school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare SLP settings
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
  • Ability to conduct bilingual assessments and therapy services
  • Knowledge of IEP process with experience interpreting during IEP meetings
  • Comfortable working onsite or via VOCO (virtual therapy), as needed
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy to K–3 students according to individualized education plans
  • Administer bilingual (Spanish-English) evaluations and collaborate with educational teams
  • Provide interpreting for IEP meetings for K–5 students and their families
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and regulatory policy
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings as requested
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to school staff and parents
