  • Experience in school-based SLP environments
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery (a plus)
  • Skill in conducting comprehensive assessments, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication abilities with students, staff, and families
  • Adaptability to a variety of school settings and caseloads

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing speech-language therapy sessions, both onsite and virtually
  • Conducting evaluations, maintaining detailed documentation, and monitoring student progress
  • Consulting with teachers and support staff to promote classroom integration of therapy goals
  • Engaging families in the therapeutic process, sharing strategies and updates to reinforce progress at home
  • Attending IEP meetings and contributing actively to individualized education plans
  • Managing a varied caseload of students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
