Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Preferred background in school-based and pediatric settings
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to students in individual or group settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Monitor, track, and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Provide teletherapy services as needed to ensure continuous support
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
