Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for state SLP licensure/certification
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs considered
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly desirable
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and effectively collaborate with education staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain meticulous documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as required
