Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
  • Bilingual proficiency required for effective communication with students and families
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' goals
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and professional development sessions
