Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Bilingual proficiency required for effective communication with students and families
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' goals
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and professional development sessions
