An exciting contract opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) in a thriving educational setting near Westfield, MA. This role is dedicated to supporting school-aged students with speech and language needs, working exclusively onsite during the entire school year. You’ll make a meaningful impact by delivering comprehensive therapy and collaborating with an energetic team of educators and specialists.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility as CF-SLP
  • Proven experience working in a school-based environment is highly preferred
  • Background in providing speech and language therapy to children and adolescents
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and evaluations for students
  • Skilled in the development and implementation of IEP goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, special education professionals, and other multidisciplinary team members
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to diverse student populations within the school setting
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and staff to develop student-centric interventions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with school policies and standards
  • Engage with parents and guardians regarding student progress and recommendations

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), running through June 12, 2027. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can focus on professional growth and help students reach their full potential.
