Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Cambridge, MA

Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Attend IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations to teams
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
