Speech Language Pathologist in Chicopee, MA

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license/certification or eligibility for CF-SLP status
- Prior experience in school-based speech therapy preferred
- Proficiency in assessments and evaluations of students’ speech/language abilities
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and individualized goals
- Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, special education teams, and other school staff
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in school settings
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform student needs
- Develop, implement, and track individualized IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with district and state requirements
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educational staff
- Serve as a resource and advocate for effective communication strategies within the school community
