Qualifications:

  • Active and valid SLP license in Massachusetts
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Pediatric experience (preferred), especially within educational or healthcare environments
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and IEP documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including IEP goals and documentation
  • Provide direct therapy services in group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to maximize student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to professional development
  • Maintain detailed, compliant records in accordance with state and school policies
