Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dorchester, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Active and valid SLP license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Pediatric experience (preferred), especially within educational or healthcare environments
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and IEP documentation
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including IEP goals and documentation
- Provide direct therapy services in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to maximize student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to professional development
- Maintain detailed, compliant records in accordance with state and school policies
