Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school setting, especially with high school students, is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess speech/language needs, develop treatment plans, and track progress
- Strong commitment to fostering student growth and supporting diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to high school students on an individual or group basis
- Conduct assessments and collaborate with IEP teams to determine appropriate goals and services
- Develop and implement therapeutic plans, monitor student progress, and document in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, families, and other related service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records for each student served
