Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Cambridge, MA

What we’re seeking:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
• Prior experience with high school-aged students is advantageous
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct speech and language therapy to students
• Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, families, and other support providers
• Documenting progress, maintaining records, and participating in case conferences
• Supporting students’ growth in both individual and group settings
• Communicating effectively with staff and parents regarding student progress
