Qualifications:
- Current California SLP license (required)
- Minimum two years of recent experience in a hospital therapy setting
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and documentation skills
- Adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced settings
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes
