Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a hospital setting
- Valid California SLP license
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on progress, goals, and carry-over exercises
- Maintain accurate records and documentation compliant with hospital standards
