Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist license for California
- Minimum of 2 years of acute or hospital-based SLP experience
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability for fast-paced clinical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create effective patient care plans
- Maintain precise records of patient progress and therapy outcomes
- Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and at-home exercises
- Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing professional education
