School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Wilmington, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license (state eligibility required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Relevant experience in a school setting, especially with high school populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to high school students at one campus
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Develop and update IEPs, collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise in student support planning
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Offer consultation and training to faculty to promote language-rich environments
