Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Brockton, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License for Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly middle school-age students, preferred
- Proficiency in school-based documentation and individualized education plan (IEP) processes
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to middle school students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers
- Document therapy notes, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support a positive and inclusive school climate through effective intervention strategies
