Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP License in Massachusetts (MA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, or eligible CFY candidates
- Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to middle school students ages 11–14
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Deliver both group and individual interventions in accordance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
