A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based services with expertise in telespeech and holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). This role supports student communication development through both in-person and teletherapy modalities within an educational setting in Saginaw, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students to identify communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support speech, language, and communication goals.
- Deliver therapy sessions using telespeech technology as well as traditional in-person methods.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech goals into classroom activities.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports on student performance.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience providing speech-language services in a school setting.
- Proficiency in telespeech or telepractice delivery methods.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload responsibly.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP.
