Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC certification required
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license (per state requirements)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with AAC devices
- Experience supporting students with ASD or learning differences is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to high school students in the Compass High Program
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA
- Develop and implement AAC interventions and other specialized communication strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Document and track student progress toward individualized education plan (IEP) goals
