Speech-Language Pathologist / 2026-2027 school year
We are actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school district in Ludlow, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working with high school students in a specialized educational setting focused on supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other learning differences.
Position Details:
• Location: Ludlow, MA
• Schedule: 32.5 hours per week
• Setting: Onsite
• Start/End Date: 8/27/2026 – 6/22/2027 (estimated)
• Caseload: High school students
• Program: Compass High Program, a specialized setting designed to support students with ASD and other learning differences
• Supervision of an SLPA required
Responsibilities:
• Provide speech-language therapy services to high school students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support students using AAC devices and communication systems
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Supervise and support an SLPA
Qualifications:
• Active Massachusetts SLP licensure and credentials required
• Experience with AAC devices required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.13 to $62.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
