Speech Language Pathologist in Taunton, MA

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Eligibility for state licensure
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and Portuguese a strong plus
- Capability or experience supervising SLP Assistants (SLPAs) or Clinical Fellows (CFYs) preferred
- Minimum of three years’ recent experience in a school environment strongly preferred, though passionate new grads are welcome to apply
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with varied communication needs
- Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans that support students’ goals
- Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school guidelines
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs and CFYs if applicable
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering recommendations and progress updates
