Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Eligibility for state licensure
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and Portuguese a strong plus
  • Capability or experience supervising SLP Assistants (SLPAs) or Clinical Fellows (CFYs) preferred
  • Minimum of three years’ recent experience in a school environment strongly preferred, though passionate new grads are welcome to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with varied communication needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans that support students’ goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and families to promote student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school guidelines
  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs and CFYs if applicable
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering recommendations and progress updates

Compensation for this position ranges from $37.13 to $67.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
