School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | North Adams, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as required for practice in school settings
- Experience in a school environment, serving a K-12 population
- Proficiency with IEPs, progress monitoring, and school-based therapy documentation
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Comfort with technology; open to remote (voco) therapy options
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, intervention, and ongoing therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and other professionals to support student goals
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of all clinical services and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute clinical expertise to best support student learning
