Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent (for SLPs)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials eligible for Texas licensure
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders and interventions
- Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing both individual and group therapy
- Collaborative, flexible, and eager to participate as an active member of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and required school activities
- Support inclusive education and provide training or resources to staff as needed
