Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP-CCC certification required
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and Portuguese are highly preferred
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in school-based settings strongly preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous supervision experience with SLPAs or CFYs is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in K-12th grade
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student progress and success
  • Monitor and document student outcomes and compliance with IEP goals
  • Participate in assessments, meetings, and professional development sessions as required
  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs and CFYs if qualified
