Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, will consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Previous pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP experience a plus
- Proficient in delivering teletherapy services as needed
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Current Vermont SLP license or eligibility to obtain
What You’ll Do:
- Assess and treat students with a variety of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates
- Provide both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) services as assigned
- Participate in IEP and team meetings to drive student success
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
