  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidacy

  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms preferred
  • Excellent communication abilities with students, families, and school teams
  • Commitment to individualized therapy planning and progress documentation

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and implement custom treatment and intervention plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both in-person and virtually—to maximize student participation
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and caregivers to foster holistic student success
  • Maintain detailed records and progress notes, supporting compliance and student growth tracking
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
  • Stay current with best practices, school policies, and state/federal regulations
