As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year, you’ll deliver teletherapy and on-site speech services to a diverse pediatric population, collaborating with educators and families to create positive outcomes.

This contract opportunity is ideal for a knowledgeable SLP who is passionate about working with school-aged children and committed to making a difference. Both SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply, and experience in school settings or teletherapy is a strong plus. You’ll enjoy a varied, impactful caseload with modern resources and a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Vermont SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – or pursuing CFY
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Creativity and adaptability in approaching therapy goals

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring using a variety of tools
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
  • Utilize teletherapy and in-person service delivery models as needed
