Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Vermont SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – or pursuing CFY
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Creativity and adaptability in approaching therapy goals
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Evaluate, develop, and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring using a variety of tools
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Utilize teletherapy and in-person service delivery models as needed
